A spacious apartment on the modern Bellesreguard complex, just to the rear of the exclusive ‘Pine Walk’. Standing in beautiful landscaped gardens with a large three-tier swimming pool and sun terrace. This first floor apartment is privately owned and is ideal for family holidays. It is less than 100m from the beach and conveniently located for the restaurants and shops of Puerto Pollensa.

The apartment is well-presented, spacious, and air-conditioned throughout. It has been redecorated and revamped to give greater comfort and style.
The large lounge/dining room has ample space for all the family to relax on holiday.
From the lounge the patio doors lead onto the balcony with table and chairs for dining al fresco.
The kitchen has been re-equipped with a new hob, oven. fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. We have also taken down a wall to make it open plan.
A separate utility room with a washing machine and drying area is located through the kitchen.
Off the hall are three bedrooms, all of which have fitted wardrobes. There are two double bedrooms, one master with a double bed and one twin bedded room. The third has bunk beds. A bathroom en suite serves the master bedroom and the other rooms have a separate shower room with W.C.
Cots are available on request and fit comfortably in the master bedroom, (and in the twin bedded room at a squeeze). The bunk bed has been replaced with a modern and safer full size bunk bed not shown in this picture.
Set amongst communal gardens and ornamental ponds the apartment is located on the sought after Bellesreguard estate. It offers a haven from the hustle and bustle of the town whilst being only a one minute walk to Pine Walk and the beach.
The large three-tier swimming pool is ideal for all the family or you can just relax and watch them from the sun loungers on the adjoining terrace!
